Colonel Al-Mansoori said that vehicle owners can now change their old plates and replace them with new plates for a fee of 100 riyals only, without the need to renew the “traffic license” forms, indicating that what is being done is the replacement of plates with the same previous dates, and he added, “In the case of renewal, the conditions must be met.” traffic, whether from periodic inspection, insurance, payment of violations, and other conditions described in the traffic system,” calling on vehicle owners with old plates to review the Traffic Department to take advantage of this initiative.
