The “Chevrolet Impala” has joined the fleet of modern Dubai Police patrols, which include the new design of the patrols’ shape.
His Excellency Major General Khamis Matar Al Muzaina, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, received the new Chevrolet Impala from Morris Williams, President and Managing Director of General Motors Middle East Operations, and Mohammed Saeed Al Kindi, Executive Director of Al Ghandi Auto, at the main building of the Dubai Police General Headquarters.
Al-Muzaina praised the company’s initiatives and its contribution to supporting Dubai Police awareness programs, which constitute a role model in the field of cooperation and coordination between various entities to achieve the goals and values of Dubai Police in saving lives, reducing accident rates in all its forms, and raising the level of awareness and commitment among drivers.
He stressed the keenness of the Dubai Police General Command to pay attention to and upgrade all cars, devices and equipment that contribute to enhancing the process of security, safety and achieving justice, and upgrading them to the highest levels and developing their performance and services to the highest international standards.
Major General Al Muzaina pointed out that the new Dubai Police patrols confirm the keenness of the Dubai Police General Command to keep pace with the requirements of the times and technical and scientific developments, with the aim of communicating with the public, extending security and safety, and contributing to the implementation of traffic laws and regulations.
For his part, Maurice Williams stressed the importance of the strategic partnership with Dubai Police, explaining the advantages of the new car and its suitability for the special specifications required for patrol cars in Dubai Police.
