The British car company “Jaguar” revealed the launch of 6 new versions of its legendary “E-Type” lightweight car, at a price of $ 1.7 million each.

According to the British Daily Mail, Jaguar salutes the E-Type, which it introduced for the first time in 1963, and planned at the time to produce 18 copies of its E-Type, but it made only 12 copies between 1963 and 1964, to return after 50 years and present the remaining 6 copies.

Jaguar supplied the new E-Type with a 3.8-liter engine with 340 horsepower, and a speed of more than 160 miles per hour.

The new model is 114 kilograms lighter than the original E-Type, due to its aluminum construction.
