According to American newspapers, the cost of a square foot in this garage, located on “42 Crosby” Street, exceeds the cost. The price of a square foot in luxury apartments in the same building, which costs about $8.7 million per square foot, with the exception of the prices of “penthouses” (apartments on the upper floors), which cost $25 million each.
The price of one parking space in Manhattan parking is four times the price of homes in the United States, which amounts to about $217,000 on average.
The car park has storage space and stations to recharge electric cars. The parking lots located in the basement of one of the buildings consist of 10 parking spaces.
Buyers obtain a license to use their allocated parking space for the duration of their stay in the building, but they sell that license once they move out.
