Citizen Tariq Al-Zahrani tweeted on his Twitter page, saying: “You submit a report to the Dubai Police via e-mail while you are in Saudi Arabia, and you will be contacted the next morning and your problem will be solved..this is madness.”
For his part, Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Mubarak Saeed Salem Banwas, Director of the Tourist Police Department, said that the incident dates back to the tenth of January, when the department received an email from a person from the Kingdom about a vehicle rental company that did not return the insurance amount. for him.
He explained that the police contacted the office, which confirmed that the amount would be refunded on a specific date, and the response was sent to the complainant, which brought happiness to his heart and made him tweet on his page.
