A Brazilian citizen, who illegally parked his car in a space designated for the disabled, was surprised that his car was completely covered in blue stickers with a wheelchair painted as a symbol for the disabled.
And according to the “upi” agency, a passerby monitored a video clip of the incident and posted it on the social networking site “YouTube”, in which the man appeared trying to remove the stickers that were placed on his car in the Brazilian city of “Maringa”. While boos and laughter came from the crowd gathered around him.
