Riyadh Traffic: Stopping vehicles whose plates do not bear Arabic and English letters and numbers
The head of the Riyadh Traffic Division confirmed that vehicle plates that do not include letters and numbers in Arabic and English are today in violation of the system, and they will be stopped and the system will be applied against them until their status is corrected in a regular manner, pointing out that the old plates have become expired.
Colonel Muhammad Al-Luhaidan stressed on vehicle owners the need and speed to review the traffic departments in the city of Riyadh to renew traffic licenses (form) and request the change of old plates.
Colonel Al-Luhaidan indicated, according to “Al-Riyadh Net”, that the instructions are clear and that there will be intensive traffic campaigns in the coming days to monitor the conditions of car plates and ensure their regularity, as with the new system of magnetic forms, these plates have become irregular.
