The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf”, through the “Doroob” e-training program, made available seven free e-training qualifying courses for those wishing to work in car rental outlets in which work has been restricted to Saudis, starting next Sunday.

Khaled Abalkhail, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), said that “Hadaf”, through the “Doroob” program, offered electronic training opportunities through the link: www.doroob.sa/ar/individuals/tawteen to Saudi youth; To join the work in the car rental outlets, which are: principles of work in customer service, professionalism in customer service of car rental offices, dealing with customer needs, the basics of excellent communication, managing customer data, dealing with difficult situations, and mastering the sales process.

On the other hand, Hadaf called on the owners of car rental facilities to benefit from the program to support the growth of localization in facilities, which was launched recently. To obtain the support provided by the Fund, by visiting the website at the link: .

The fund’s support within the program includes male and female employees who were employed at the facility after July 31, 2017, for a period of two years. The fund will contribute 15% of the employee’s total monthly wage, while the percentage reaches 20% of the female employee’s total monthly wage.

The decision to limit work in car rental outlets in all regions of the Kingdom will come into force next Sunday, (the first of Rajab 1439 AH); This is to raise the level of participation of national human cadres in the labor market, by providing qualitative solutions that enhance productive and sustainable localization of the labor market.
