The ministry indicated that drinking milk on a daily basis provides the body with essential nutrients, and one cup provides one-third of the body’s daily calcium requirement.
She added that milk is a rich source of many vitamins and minerals important for healthy bones and teeth, and also helps to achieve longitudinal growth during adolescence.
