Study: Sleeping and waking up at a specific time daily helps success

A recent study conducted at the University of “Birmingham” in Britain showed that people who always go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time are more able to perform and succeed during the day.

The study confirmed that people who have an irregular sleep pattern, within the study sample, have lower scores than students who always go to bed at the same time.

She added that students who go to sleep at the same time have a greater ability to perform, and also have fewer problems falling asleep and waking up.

The study reported that both groups had approximately the same number of hours of sleep, while the only difference was in the times of going to bed.
