“Twitter” refuses to pay the platform’s hosting bills on “Google Cloud”

The American company Twitter refused to pay the bills for hosting its application and website on Google Cloud Platform, which could cause a conflict between the two companies and destabilize the stored Twitter files.

Twitter’s refusal to pay the bills came due to the imminent renewal of the contract concluded between the two companies last year, which provides for the use of Google’s services in storing data, combating spam, and protecting accounts.

The company is currently suffering from cost cuts approved by the new owner, Elon Musk, as this is represented by Twitter’s delay in paying the bills for Google and Amazon services that it relies on for file hosting and other services.
