The Holding Company for Construction and “Nile Cotton Ginning” sign a settlement agreement worth 231 million pounds
The Holding Company for Construction and Development and IMEX International, which owns the Nile Cotton Ginning Company, signed a settlement agreement that ends a dispute that has lasted for more than 12 years between the two parties. According to this, the Holding Company for Construction will receive compensation of about 231 million pounds from IMEX International.
The Ministry of Public Business Sector said that this agreement comes within the framework of the government’s efforts to reach equal agreements to end investment and commercial disputes through amicable settlements to achieve more attraction for local and foreign investments.
It is noteworthy that in September 2020, IMEX International made the full acquisition of Nile Cotton Ginning.
