Al-Zubair defended the method of paying the parking fare, which he said was developed, adding: “It is very similar to the idea of buying prepaid cards similar to mobile recharge cards, but we developed it in two ways. The first development: that the prepaid card has its value if you buy a card.” With (100) riyals and the card is lost, the balance is lost to the customer, while we have in the event that if the account is created on the device and the account balance is added, the value remains stored in the database even if the ticket is lost, through the mobile number.
