The Chinese company “BAIC” unveiled its new vehicle, which it designed to compete with the most advanced crossover cars in the global markets.
The new car comes as a modified version of the Beijing X7 cars that appeared last year, as it was equipped with two types of engines, a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with a capacity of 188 horsepower, and fuel-efficient hybrid engines that provide a torque equivalent to 150 horsepower, and these engines will work with automatic gearboxes with 7 speeds.
The car got a new design for the front and rear lights and shock absorbers, and it got 4 exhaust vents, and the driving interface differed in the places and shapes of the air conditioning vents, and the interface was provided with a new steering wheel, while the vehicle came in a length of 4 meters and 75 centimeters, with a width of 189 cm, and a height of 171 cm.
It was equipped with a large touch screen that extends from opposite the driver to the middle of it, and a large touch screen was also installed between the two front seats to control many of the vehicle’s features. It was also equipped with excellent brake and suspension systems, a blind spot system to avoid accidents, light and rain sensors, and front and rear distance sensors.
