Today (Tuesday), the Tourism Development Fund signed a financing agreement with Izdihar Real Estate Development Company. To establish the “Jeddah Cove” project to be a tourist and entertainment landmark on the Jeddah waterfront.
The project, which was signed during the Municipal Investment Forum “Foras” held in Riyadh, includes more than 100 unique brands and fountains designed by international companies, in addition to distinctive entertainment attractions, a cinema and various restaurants.
It includes walking areas overlooking the waterfront, restaurants with “panoramic” views, in addition to indoor entertainment facilities, luxury points of sale and a boat station.
The project, which has an estimated area of more than 137,000 square meters, provides about 70,000 square meters of leasable space, which will in turn provide the highest levels of quality of life and introduce a new concept of tourism and entertainment in the Kingdom.
