The British car industry “Lotus” and “Britishvolt” recently revealed the development of a new electric sports car, which is considered the lightest among the global electric sports cars.
The new Type 135 is based on the E-Sports wheelbase platform for electric sports cars, with the aim of increasing power density and maximally trying to reduce weight due to the heavier weight of the batteries.
The rear frame of the car is 37% lighter than that of the famous Emira, and the bodywork has been used as a battery cover, and the multi-link suspension components have been improved, and any unnecessary parts have been eliminated.
While 3 other electric cars will be launched, namely the Type 132 crossover in spring 2022, the Type 133 coupe in 2023, and the Type 134 small crossover in 2025.
