Two Saudi female students win the International Gauss Award for Best Research Publication

Two Saudi female students at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) won the International Gauss Award for Best Research Publication.

PhD student Rabab Al-Amiri, and PhD graduate at the university, Noha Al-Harthy, succeeded in winning the Best Research Publication Award; They will then have the opportunity to complete research and conduct experiments in Stuttgart, Germany.

The award is presented at the International Supercomputer Conference held annually in Germany, and is considered one of the most important conferences in the field of high-performance computing.
