A recent study: Pregnancy after the age of 39 reduces the risk of uterine cancer!

As it is scientifically known that pregnancy at a late age, i.e. after the age of 39, poses a threat to the health of the mother and child, this has been confirmed by several studies, but a recent American study showed that pregnancy after this age may reduce the incidence of endometrial cancer.

The study, conducted at Keck University in California, revealed that women who give birth in their late 30s or 40s may have a 44% lower risk of endometrial cancer.

The researcher in charge of the study, Wendy Setiawan, confirmed that infection prevention may extend for many years.

She added that hormone levels during pregnancy may have a protective effect against endometrial cancer, as it can rid the uterus of the cells that cause it.
