Tesla recalls 6,000 cars due to brake failure

The American company “Tesla” decided to recall about 6,000 cars, due to a malfunction in the brake bolts, which may cause a loss of tire pressure.

The company confirmed, according to Reuters, that it will recall the cars (2019-2021 Model 3 and 2020-2021 Model Y).

And she explained that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the United States has no reports of accidents or injuries related to the problem, pointing out that it may replace the caliper bolts (causing the problem) as necessary.

It showed that loose caliper bolts could allow the brake caliper to separate and come into contact with the wheel rim, which could cause a loss of tire pressure in very rare circumstances.
