After a period of displaying a model of its awaited luxury car, and after rumors abounded about this car, the Chinese company Hongqi decided to leak realistic images of it in its final form.
According to the leaks, the car that appeared in the recently leaked photos is the version that will be put on the market before the end of this year under the commercial name E-HS9, and it is a modified model of the E115 that Hongqi reviewed at the Frankfurt Motor Show held last year.
The leaked images of the E-HS9 show that it has a distinctive front end with glossy chrome, somewhat similar in design to the fronts of luxury Rolls-Royce cars, and it also has a unique logo that extends from the middle of the front to the middle of the hood.
What is also distinctive about this vehicle is the design of the large wheel disks made of chrome, and the door handles that are integrated into the body to be removed from it when needed for use only, as in Tesla cars, as well as the elegant design of the headlights.
As for the leaks of its interior cabin design, it showed that the driving interface came with a giant screen that extends almost over most of its width, and underneath it was installed an additional touch screen similar to a tablet computer.
Hongqi E-HS9 is supposed to be offered in several versions, with two electric motors with a total torque equivalent to 218 horsepower, and powerful versions with electric motors with a torque equivalent to 551 horsepower, all of which will be equipped with batteries with a capacity of 92.4 kilowatts, enough to cover a distance of approximately 500 km on a single charge.
