The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” called on owners of car rental facilities to benefit from the recently launched program to support the growth of Emiratisation in facilities. To obtain the support provided by the Fund, by visiting the website at the link: https://hrdf.org.sa/program/463
The fund’s support within the program includes male and female employees who were employed at the facility after July 31, 2017, for a period of two years. The fund will contribute 15% of the employee’s total monthly wage, while the percentage reaches 20% of the female employee’s total monthly wage.
The decision to limit work in car rental outlets in all regions of the Kingdom will come into effect next Sunday, (the first of Rajab 1439 AH); This is to raise the level of participation of national human cadres in the labor market, by providing qualitative solutions that enhance productive and sustainable localization of the labor market.
Khaled Aba Al-Khail, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf”, said: “The professions covered by the decision to localize car rental outlets are: accounting, supervision, sales, and receiving and delivery.”
And he indicated that the labor and social development system provides support in several areas, including the training and qualification necessary for Emiratisation, providing electronic training programs necessary to qualify young people in the targeted activities through the “Doroob” platform, and providing technical and financial support to young people wishing to work as free entrepreneurs, in addition to holding job forums. necessary; To achieve harmonization between employers and job seekers, including benefiting from the national labor portal, providing support in the field of inspection, and following up on Emiratisation decisions in integration with the Emiratisation committees of the directed Emiratisation program.
