Today, Monday, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated a notification from a citizen via the social networking site “Twitter” stating that a branch of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors in Riyadh is trying to hide the Know Your Rights sign from customers.
The citizen, the author of the communication, tweeted, saying: “Abdul Latif Jameel, in Riyadh, the Al-Naseem branch, and also the Lexus Olaya branch, are trying to hide from customers their rights. They must be held accountable.”
Al-Tijara responded with another tweet through its official account, saying: “We thank you for your cooperation. The communication was initiated, the violation was seized, and the facility was obligated to put a sign that knows your right in the right place.”
